Fire and Life Safety Code Consulting
We understand that navigating building codes and fire codes for both new construction and existing renovations can be challenging for everyone. We strive to assist our clients from start to finish by providing comprehensive code reviews, completing applications, providing clear interpretations of complex code, foreseeing construction issues and creating a clear path to resolutions, and always, always making sure we have fire and safety plans documented in full. Overall project success is our goal. When design team, building, and site goals seem to challenge established codes, we offer creative alternate means and methods and, while always having a team focus, assist both owners and contractors to help everyone on the team realize success. Our solutions provide flexibility and open up opportunities for unique designs that ensure fire and life safety goals are met.
For inception-to-end project support, our multidisciplinary team supports our client’s team throughout the project. We understand that the permitting process can be overwhelming. Our established reputation and strong relationships across the industry create opportunities, ensure success in the both engineered design and design-build processes, and relentlessly drive positive outcomes. Our specialties include markets like healthcare facilities, university campuses, K-8 Education, food processing, high and midrise residential and commercial buildings, convention centers, airports and historic sites. Our collection of experienced colleagues absolutely excel in project engineering and management of diverse criteria and project challenges.
