TLH Fire will personally supervise all work related to the construction document preparation, construction administration and testing observations of the fire alarm system and interconnected systems.

We specialize in fire alarm systems but extend our expertise to include fire suppression and sprinkler systems. With a 25-year history in engineering and construction administration, TLH Fire has designed systems for various high-profile campuses, from educational institutions to industrial facilities. Notable projects include collaborations with Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, hospitals like UC Health, the Colorado School of Mines, and Denver International Airport. 

The focus at TLH Fire revolves around detailed fire alarm system design and its integration with other building systems like HVAC and automatic suppression systems. This meticulous approach allows us to provide owners with bid documents at shop drawing level detail. TLH Fire is well-versed in top-tier fire alarm system vendors such as Johnson Controls, Notifier, Siemens, and EST, offering unbiased insights into each system's strengths and weaknesses.

TLH Fire is experienced in various smoke detection strategies, voice evacuation, mass notification, horn evacuation, visual notification compliance with ADA, monitoring of sprinkler systems, and interface with smoke control systems. We actively engage in architectural remodels impacting fire alarm systems and new construction projects, employing computer-aided design tools including AutoCAD.
